Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged under the following circumstances:

Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a fee of 35% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

Excessive Rescheduling: If your appointment has been rescheduled more than three (3) times or canceled after being rescheduled, a fee of 35% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.

No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

We understand that life happens, and if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
To uphold the quality of our services, we do not shorten treatment times to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
